Out of Network
Although 3d Psychotherapy is out of network for your insurance provider, we have decided to work with Mentaya. This platform helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, 3d Psychotherapy, and Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to ensure you get reimbursed.

-
Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim
-
Works with Out-of-Network Benefits (such as PPO, POS, or HDHP plans)
-
HMOs and Medicare do not offer out-of-network benefits
-
-
Reimbursement ranges from 30-80% of session cost, depending on your insurance plan
-
Reimbursement comes via check or direct deposit
-
Once you meet your deductible, reimbursement takes a few weeks
-
-
Fully HIPAA Compliant, your data is safe!

Mentaya's goal is to save you time and money. It's completely optional, and 3d Psychotherapy does not benefit in any way from your participation.

Don't see your insurance company listed during sign-up? No problem at all! Just email us at info@3dpsychotherapy.org and we will work with Mentaya to make sure to add it to their list.

Are you concerned about claim rejections? It's a rare occurrence, thanks to Mentaya's intelligent claims system. But if it does happen, we'll take care of it and resubmit the claim at no extra cost, or Mentaya will provide a full refund if your insurance refuses to accept it.

No Surprises Act Notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapy will cost.
Under the law, health care providers, like 3d Psychotherapy, LLC, need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
-
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees (none of which are relevant to this therapy practice).
-
Make sure we give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your therapy appointment. You can also ask us for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an initial therapy appointment.
-
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
-
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
