What is Mentaya?:

Although 3d Psychotherapy is out of network for your insurance provider, we have decided to work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, 3d Psychotherapy, and Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to ensure you get reimbursed.

Mentaya will charge a 5% fee per claim and has helped people get thousands of dollars back yearly. You can sign up using this link:

Mentaya's goal is to save you time and money. It's completely optional, and 3d Psychotherapy does not benefit in any way from your participation.

We understand that navigating the world of insurance and reimbursement can be overwhelming, but rest assured, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Wondering if your insurance plan qualifies for reimbursement? If you have out-of-network benefits such as PPO, POS, or HDHP plans, you're eligible!

HMOs and traditional Medicare plans don't have out-of-network benefits.

Don't see your insurance company listed during sign-up? No problem at all! Just email us at info@3dpsychotherapy.org and we will work with Mentaya to make sure to add it to their list.

Once your account is set up, you're good to go – no additional steps are needed to submit claims. We've got your back and will work seamlessly with Mentaya to ensure your claims are submitted successfully.

Are you concerned about claim rejections? It's a rare occurrence, thanks to Mentaya's intelligent claims system. But if it does happen, we'll take care of it and resubmit the claim at no extra cost, or Mentaya will provide a full refund if your insurance refuses to accept it.

Wondering how Mentaya reimbursement works? Mentaya will collaborate with 3d Psychotherapy to handle claims on your behalf. Just sit back, relax, and wait for your insurance reimbursement checks to arrive – or get directly deposited into your bank account.

The exact reimbursement amount varies based on your insurance plan, with PPO plans typically covering 30-80% of the session cost. Once you meet your deductible, reimbursement takes a few weeks.

And most importantly, your data is in safe hands. Mentaya is fully HIPAA compliant, using your information solely to calculate benefits and file claims on your behalf. Your privacy is paramount, and your data will never be shared without your explicit consent. If you ever have questions or concerns, we are here for you.

No Surprises Act Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapy will cost.

Under the law, health care providers, like 3d Psychotherapy, LLC, need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees (none of which are relevant to this therapy practice).

  • Make sure we give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your therapy appointment. You can also ask us for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an initial therapy appointment.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 877-696-6775.
